Chapter_225
The security guard at the entrance was thrown through the air with alarming force, crashing into the club’s main area. A collective gasp rippled through the crowd as they turned toward the entrance.
A large group of muscular men marched in behind him. At their lead was a striking figure: a woman with a high ponytail, her cold beauty commanding attention. Black boxing gloves hung casually around her neck, and she blew bubbles with her chewing gum as if the entire situation was nothing more than a casual stroll.
The patrons of Neo Power Club began to murmur amongst themselves, recognizing her instantly.
“That’s Wanda,” one whispered. “She’s not just pretty—she’s lethal. Trained by Thorson himself. Came back to the country and dominated the Sagen boxing scene in just three months.”
“Her vibe’s like Bianca’s—both have that cold, stoic beauty.”
“Do you think Bianca can beat her?”
“Bianca? Who’s that?”
Wanda’s gaze swept over the room, icy and impersonal, scanning the faces of everyone in her path.
Bianca stepped forward without hesitation, her posture confident. “I’m Bianca.”
Wanda’s expression barely shifted as she spat out her gum. “Let’s start.”
Bianca hesitated for just a moment, taking in the intensity of the situation. “Here?”
Wanda sneered, the disdain evident in her eyes. “And why not? I don’t want to kill you in front of all these people. That would just be a hassle.”
Bianca turned toward the redhead at her side, her voice low and determined. “Rose, get my gloves.”
As Rose moved to fetch them, the door opened again, and Simon entered, flanked by his bodyguards. With them was an elderly woman whose silver hair shimmered with an almost ethereal glow. A cold aura surrounded her, her presence like a living shadow that made the air grow still.
Nash’s eyes narrowed.
The woman was no stranger to him. She was one of the legendary Juggernauts of the Green Bamboo Association—a stage nine great-grandmaster. His heart sank. This was no ordinary night.
Theo had told him about the Green Bamboo Association’s ten Juggernauts, each one a force to be reckoned with. All ten had been involved in the Young Family Village tragedy. And now, one of them was sitting just a few feet away. Tonight, Nash had a chance to cross another name off his list.
Wanda, meanwhile, had already changed into her blue boxing attire, gloves firmly in place as she began warming up. The crowd, already buzzing with excitement, erupted again at the sight of her.
“Damn… she’s huge!”
“Definitely D-cup!”
“They’re way bigger than Bianca’s!”
Simon smirked, gesturing to the empty folding chairs as his bodyguards set them up for their guests. “Please, Madam Grim-Faced, take a seat.”
The old woman, called Grim-Faced Juggernaut, sat with a certain grace, a pipe appearing in her hands moments later. One of her subordinates quickly lit it for her.
As she took a few puffs, her sharp eyes found Nash across the room. “Is that young man in the suit… Nash?”
Simon involuntarily shuddered, his voice barely a whisper. “Yes… that’s him.”
The old woman’s face remained stoic, but internally, she was shaken. Hidden-Ghost Juggernaut had spoken of Nash before, had warned her that he was young. But to see him in person—she had expected someone in his early thirties. This boy, however, appeared no older than twenty-three or twenty-four. It was impossible to fathom how a man so young could have reached the Profound Reality Realm.
The more she thought about it, the more her estimation of him grew. To have reached this level at such a young age meant one thing: Nash was dangerous.
Meanwhile, Nash’s gaze remained fixed on the two women preparing to clash in the ring. He had originally come to stop Bianca from getting involved in another dangerous fight, but upon seeing Wanda—her aura devoid of any inner energy—he reconsidered.
Bianca was strong. This was her home turf. Even if she lost, there was little chance of Wanda killing her here.
This match would be a spectacle. Jonford’s boxing champion versus Sagen’s. It was an opportunity to see just how much potential Bianca truly had in the sport. He wasn’t about to miss it.
Bianca and Wanda both entered the octagon, the tension in the air palpable as they squared off in the center of the ring.
Bianca glanced at Wanda’s well-built frame, her eyes narrowing as she asked, “Are we following professional match rules?”
Wanda simply shook her head. “No rules. Today, we fight to the death.”
