Chapter 330

Olivia sensed that Tyler’s attitude toward her had changed. She sat quietly for a moment before lowering her head and softly saying, “Okay, Tyler.”

He only nodded in response, then turned to Alisa. “Pack up everything and take good care of her,” he instructed.

“Yes, sir,” Alisa replied obediently.

Without another word, Tyler left the room. Olivia remained lying on the bed, listening to his footsteps fade away. She didn’t look up as he walked out—his expression was distant and unreadable, and he didn’t glance back.

Alisa approached Olivia cautiously and whispered, “Ma’am.”

Olivia looked up briefly but stayed silent, her arms resting at her sides, lost in thought.

Once everything was settled, the driver took Olivia home. At the gate, Alisa helped her out of the car. Ana and Maisy were waiting at the doorstep.

Maisy gently took Olivia’s hand. “I’m glad you’re okay. I had the bathroom tiles changed so they won’t be slippery. Rest well at home, and let me know if you need anything.”

“Thank you, Grandma,” Olivia murmured.

“Don’t thank me. You’re too polite,” Maisy said warmly.

Ana then turned to Olivia, a hint of concern in her voice. “Did Tyler come to see you?”

Alisa shifted uncomfortably at Ana’s question, but Olivia managed a calm response, “He did.”

Ana studied Olivia closely, her gaze sharp and searching. Then she looked to Alisa, who hesitated before answering, “Mr. Tyler did visit, but he only stayed about seven or eight minutes before leaving.”

Ana’s expression turned cold upon hearing this. Alisa looked nervous, aware of the tension in the air. Olivia kept her head bowed, remaining silent.

Sensing the growing unease, Maisy intervened gently, “Okay, Ana. Let’s not dwell on this. Olivia has sprained her leg and needs rest.”

They decided not to press further.

Ana reluctantly nodded. “Yes, you’re right. She should rest to heal properly. If you need anything, just ask the maid. She’ll take care of it.”

“Okay,” Olivia replied briefly, knowing that prolonging the conversation would only stir more tension.

With Alisa’s help, Olivia slowly made her way upstairs.

In the following days, Tyler didn’t return home, and the atmosphere in the house grew increasingly tense. The household staff tread lightly, sensing the strained mood.
