Chapter 336

Downstairs, Tyler stood quietly, watching Maisy and Ana in the room. The air was thick with silence until Keith descended the stairs and broke it firmly, “Go see your wife and child.”

Tyler’s face remained unreadable as he replied coolly, “The maid already sent me the ultrasound picture.”

Keith frowned, his displeasure clear. He had always been indifferent toward Naomi, partly because he saw things from a man’s perspective, different from a woman’s. He didn’t care much about who Tyler chose to marry.

That was why, when Ana tried to come between Tyler and Naomi, Keith noticed it strained Tyler’s relationship with his mother. He usually kept out of their personal matters, but things had changed. Tyler was now married and expecting a child—it was no longer acceptable for him to be so entangled with another woman.

“What do you think?” Keith asked.

Ana smirked, watching Tyler remain silent.

Keith pressed on, “You’ve ended things with Naomi. It’s time to put everything in order. She shouldn’t matter anymore. Your family must come first now.”

“No need to say more. I have my plan,” Tyler replied coldly.

Keith blinked, puzzled by his son’s cryptic answer, trying to read his expression.

Ana, still sipping her coffee, sneered, “Plan? Your wife is hurting while you’re with someone else. What kind of plan is that?”

“Isn’t this normal for our family?” Tyler shot back.

Ana’s smile vanished, and she fell silent, taking another sip.

Trying to ease the tension, Maisy interjected cheerfully, “Let’s not spoil a good day. Tyler must have just been busy. Why don’t you go see Olivia and your son?”

Avoiding further debate, Tyler said quietly to Keith near the stairs, “I’m going upstairs.”

Keith kept his serious demeanor and simply said, “Go.”

Ana glanced at Keith, bitterness in her voice as she muttered, “Like father, like son. You set the example. It’s too late to change now.”

Keith shot her a sharp glare.

Sensing the argument could escalate, Maisy quickly grasped Ana’s hand. “Enough of that.”

Keith’s anger was clear as he told Ana, “Unbelievable,” then turned away, ignoring her.

Ana scoffed, her face cold.

Unfazed by the family drama, Tyler headed upstairs.

Upstairs, Olivia sat anxiously by the bed, frozen as she heard Tyler’s footsteps approach. Alisa, who had been massaging Olivia’s leg, stood and greeted, “Sir.”

Olivia lifted her eyes toward Tyler. He paused at the doorway, and they shared a long, silent look.

The maid quietly slipped out, and Olivia lowered her gaze.

Tyler finally broke the silence, “You had a checkup?”

“Yes,” Olivia answered softly.
